New paper entitled "Is risk propensity unique from the big five factors of personality? A meta-analytic investigation" was published in Journal of Research in Personality with co-authors Scott Highhouse and Yi (Lala) Wang. In this study, we meta-analyzed 133 independent samples and found risk propensity was distinct from the Five Factor Model of Personality, and contributed incremental prediction of real world outcomes.
